Sage Green, Roses and Lace – Samantha and Andrew’s Wedding at Linden Hall
It had been just over a year since my own wedding at Linden Hall when we returned to dress the beautiful wedding of Samantha and Andrew and I enjoyed every minute of planning and dressing the day.
From the minute I met Sam I knew we would be able to create a lovely day together and from the first meeting we had already decided upon sage green taffeta sashes to match the bridesmaids dresses and ivory lace to match the wedding gown.
When Sam mentioned that the lovely Nigel Playle would be photographing the day I was so excited for her – Nigel captures stunning images as you can see and is sure a nice person to work with too! I thoroughly recommend him if you still need you photographer.
Sam looked beautiful in her Mia Sposa wedding dress and Andrew looked extremely dapper in his Army Parachute Regiment uniform. Such a cute couple!
For the reception, we decided to dress the Bigge Suite with our silver candelabra dressed with fresh ivy and flowers – roses, atilbe, eucalyptus and a touch of purple alstromeria. On the table we had the matching table runners with mirror base plate and silver mercury tea lights, finished with a sprinkling of sparkling scatter crystals…
To add a party atmosphere to the evening celebrations, Sam and Andrew hired our black starlight backdrop – a great added extra that looked fab behind the band.
