A Rustic Pastel Fantasy Filled Wedding at Newton Hall for Tanya and Craig
This wedding was such a pleasure to do! Tanya and Craig are total lovebirds and their wedding at Newton Hall was a perfect reflection of their personalities. From a Harry Potter wedding cake topper, Star Wars cupcakes and splashes of Disney fairytale details to Lord of the Rings table names – this wedding was a film fanatic’s dream!
For the flowers, the brief was to create an enchanted garden theme with wildflowers in white and pastel colours to match the bridesmaids’ dresses and Tanya’s amazing blush pink gown from Kathryn S Trueman Bridal.
The day looks brilliant from start to finish and I’m so happy to be able to share these images from the talented Barry Forshaw Photography!
I love this shot of the bridal party! Relaxed yet still album-perfect! We created the bouquets, buttonholes and floral crowns in coordinating pastel flowers.
For the ceremony we added jars of flowers to the aisle chairs and tin buckets of flowers which were then used again for the wedding reception. We also tied Tanya’s floral hessian chair sashes in a wrap style around the chiavari chairs.
The wedding breakfast is really where this couple’s personality shone.
We dressed the cake with flowers and moss too. Check out the subtle Harry Potter cake topper reference and the cute Cinderella figurines too! Star Wars and Disney cupcakes surrounded the main cake and looked too good to eat!
A little Lord of the Rings wedding signage of course!
A cute moment next to the sign and photo booth provided by Party Pics.
How magical is this for the first dance? Newton Hall can arrange a fairytale dry ice mist to sweep across the dance floor – dreamy!
Wishing Tanya and Craig all the best for their magical, fairytale, film-filled future! Love, the Styled and Seated team.
