Laidback Romance with Roses and Ruffles for Becky and Aron
I have another stunning Newton Hall wedding to share from summer 2019 – the gorgeous wedding of a truly lovely couple The Denhams. Before we get to the styling, the flowers and the overall look for the day, I just wanted to share these lovely images of the couple taken on the beach at Newton – because they are so cool and carefree and we could all use a little burst of colour now and again! The day was an absolute scorcher so why not hit the beach?!
Now for the wedding flowers! We were thrilled to be asked to provide the bouquets, buttonholes, venue flowers and styling for the day. We designed big blooms in the bouquets, making the most of seasonal roses and hydrangea and using a similar look for the table centres. Metallic touches in the gold mercury vases added to the romance of the day alongside chiffon table runners and petal-effect taffeta table cloths.
The couple opted to place some of the table flowers alongside chairs on the aisle – always an excellent idea for adding extra decor to the ceremony without spending anything else in the budget as the flowers are simply moved to the table afterwards.
Ready to go – as you can see above all our bouquets are hand-wrapped and delivered in water ready for use, keeping them neatly contained and easing the worry of keeping the flowers hydrated before their big moment.
How stunning are these rose gold sequin bridesmaid dresses!
The ivory chiffon chair hoods with additional ruffle really add glamour to any venue and are so versatile that they can be used on almost any style of chair.
For this wedding, the couple opted for a round ‘top table’ in the centre of all the guests. Here you can see an empty vase ready to house Rebecca’s bouquet and a gorgeous champagne taffeta table cloth to make the table stand out from the rest.
The amazing cake was created by the very talented Great British Cupcakery and adorned with a selection of our flowers to match the bouquets. The illuminated sign behind the cake is available to hire from Coco Luminaire – they’re simply the best when it comes to wedding signage!
